Handmade polymer beads on silk string, knot in between every bead (still working old school, haha) vintage coral (40 years old, I don't think the ocean produces that color anymore, sigh...) cultures pearls and sterling silver clasp. 
It is 19 inches long.
This one DID inspire my by the reefs of corals which do not exist anymore. So it does have som sadness, but even more hope and empathy.
